ISOPON Metal Fix Filler is a specialized two-part polyester filler designed primarily for metal repairs. The 560ml size is the larger tin, ideal for deeper or more extensive repairs where a standard DIY tube won't suffice.
Key Features:
- Metallic Composition: Unlike standard body fillers, this contains aluminium, which provides extra toughness and a metallic finish that mimics the look and density of metal.
- Temperature Resistance: It can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, making it suitable for engine bay components or areas near heat sources (though not for direct exhaust contact).
- Chemical Durability: Once cured, it is highly resistant to water, oil, and common workshop chemicals.
- Versatility: While designed for steel, aluminium, and alloys (like wheels), it also bonds well to wood, masonry, and concrete.
Safety Note. This product contains Styrene. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing the dust when sanding. It is also a skin irritant, so wearing nitrile gloves is highly recommended during the mixing and application process.
