The Novol N91586 Liquid 600 is a premium, two-component (2K) finishing putty from the professional N-Range series. Designed for the final stage of bodywork, this 1.0-litre unit features a unique, low-viscosity "liquid" consistency. Unlike traditional thick pastes, Liquid 600 is self-levelling, meaning it flows into the smallest surface imperfections, stone chips, and "pinholes" that standard fillers might skip over.

It is the ultimate "surface refiner," providing a glass-smooth finish that significantly reduces the amount of primer needed and ensures a flawless topcoat.

Professional Application Tips

Preparation: Sand the area with P180–P240. Ensure the surface is clinically clean using Novol N65503 Silicone Remover.
Mixing: Because of its liquid nature, stir the putty in the tin before pouring. Mix with 2-3% hardener until the color is perfectly uniform.
Application: Use a wide, flexible spreader (like the Novol N39715). Apply with light pressure. The product will naturally level out, so you don't need to "work" it as much as a heavy filler.
Sanding: Wait at least 15 minutes. Start with P240 to shape and finish with P320 or P400 for a paint-ready surface.
Large Areas: Liquid 600 is excellent for skimming entire panels that have multiple small stone chips or hail damage, providing a uniform base for the primer.
