While standard fillers are often limited to thin layers, Dolphin Deep is designed to handle significant panel damage and deep depressions without sagging, making it the industry standard for vertical surface repairs and major restoration work.

High-Build "Deep Fill" Properties: Formulated with a specific density that allows for heavy application in a single stage, filling deep dents and gouges where other fillers might fail or shrink.
Non-Sag Formula: Its sophisticated rheology ensures the paste stays exactly where you put it, even when applied thickly on vertical panels like doors, quarters, or transit van sides.
Ultra-Smooth Consistency: Despite its "heavy-duty" filling power, it retains the signature Dolphin "creamy" texture, spreading easily without "tearing" or creating air pockets.
Effortless Sanding: Once cured, it sands remarkably easily for a deep filler, allowing you to shape large repair areas quickly and transition to a fine feather-edge.
Excellent Multi-Substrate Adhesion: Bonds aggressively to bare steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, GRP/fiberglass, and original cured paintwork.

Expert Tip: If you are working in very cold conditions (below 10°C), you can increase the hardener mix to 3% to maintain a fast cure. Conversely, in peak summer heat, drop to 1% to give yourself more "working time" before the filler kicks and hardens on your spreader.
