Professional Application Strategy

- Preparation: The surface must be completely clean, dry, and free from grease. Sand any existing rust down to bright metal (St3 or Sa2.5 standard).
- Agitation: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing balls begin to rattle.
- Spraying: Apply in 2 to 3 thin, even layers from a distance of 25–30 cm. Avoid heavy, single coats to prevent sags.
- Overcoating: Once fully dry (approx. 24 hours), it can be overcoated with most automotive primer and topcoat systems.
- Valve Cleaning: After use, turn the can upside down and spray for 5 seconds until only clear gas emerges to clear the nozzle.
