Lightweight multifunction putty.
It contains modern fillers, which give fine product and very low density. This has resulted in easy application, great sanding characteristics and low curing shrinkage. Together with good adhesion, these characteristics make the putty suitable for application on small and large surfaces. Due to low destiny we recommended using larger quantity of hardener than in conventional putties. Amount of hardener is from 3 to 4%.
Application directions
-Clean and sand the surface.
-Degrease the surface with PLUS 780
-Observe the required amount of hardener. Mix the components thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained. Weigh quantity of components: Add 100g of EASY SAND to 3-4g of Hardener.
-Binding time: 3-6 minutes at 20*C
-Apply a layer of 5mm max with a putty knife
-Wait for 20-30 minutes (at 20*C)
-Rough sand with P80-P120 Finish with P120-P240
