ALU putty containing aluminium powder.
It improves thermal resistance and provides excellent adhesion comparable with Novols highest grade putty PROFICYNK. Its reduced shrinkage, as compared to typical putties accompanied by high elasticity makes this product suitable for repairing large areas.
Application directions
-Clean and sand the surface.
-Degrease the surface with PLUS 780
-Observe the required amount of hardener. Mix the components thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained. Weight quantity of components: Add 100g of UNISOFT to 2-3g of Hardener. Binding time: 4-6 minutes at 20*C
-Apply a layer of 5mm max with a putty knife
-Wait for 25-35 minutes
-Pre-sand with P80-P120 abrasive papers and finish with P120-P240 papers
