To choose the right window regulator for your vehicle, check first to see if the vehicle is equipped with the Comfort (One-Touch) Function. If the window mechanism can be automatically activated with only one-touch on the switch, then the vehicle is equipped with the Comfort (One-Touch) Function.
If the window has the Comfort (One-Touch) Function and stops elevating when slight pressure is applied to the window then it is likely to have the Anti-Pinch system.
If it is necessary to maintain the finger on the switch button for up and down movement of the window, then the vehicle is likely to be a standard version and not equipped with the Comfort (One-Touch) Function.
If this check is not possible then the amount of wires or pins on the electrical connector can provide some information. As a general rule, standard window regulators have 2 wires or a 2-pin connector. Comfort (One-Touch)/Anti-Pinch window regulators will have a connector with 6 or more pins.
