Lift passenger vehicles safely, smoothly, and effortlessly with the AMiO 01035 2 Tonne Hydraulic Trolley Jack. Engineered for domestic garages, mobile mechanics, roadside assistance, and tyre service workshops, this heavy-duty "frog-style" floor jack delivers up to 2000 kg (2T) of dependable lifting power. Built from thick, reinforced rolled steel plate, it provides rigid structural stability and long-term durability for seasonal wheel swaps, brake servicing, and routine vehicle maintenance.
With an accessible 130 mm minimum entry height extending up to a 330 mm maximum lift height, the AMiO 01035 easily accesses standard passenger cars, hatchbacks, saloons, and estates. Equipped with 360-degree rear swivel castors, durable metal front rollers, and an integrated ergonomic carry handle, this compact 8.5 kg trolley jack maneuvers smoothly into place under vehicle jacking points and stows away neatly in boot corners or workshop shelving.
Key Features & Benefits
- 2 Tonne (2000 kg) Lifting Capacity: Safely and reliably raises front or rear vehicle axles on passenger cars, compact crossovers, and light trailers.
- 130 mm to 330 mm Working Range: Low-profile clearance easily clears factory sills on standard passenger vehicles, while providing ample lift stroke for tyre changes and axle-stand placement.
- Heavy-Gauge Pressed Steel Chassis: Constructed from torsion-resistant thick steel sheet with a corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish to prevent flex or distortion under full load.
- Integrated Hydraulic Overload Safety Valve: Built-in bypass valve prevents cylinder over-extension and guards against hazardous overloading beyond the certified 2T limit.
- Precision Descent Release Control: Sensitive turn-valve mechanism allows smooth, controlled, and micro-adjustable lowering of the vehicle without sudden drops.
- 360° Swivel Castors & Hardened Metal Wheels: Heavy-duty all-metal wheel setup - two fixed front wheels and two rear ball-bearing swivel castors - ensures smooth positioning on concrete floors.
- Convenient Portability: Features an integrated chassis carrying handle and a detachable 42 cm pumping lever for quick deployment and compact vehicle boot storage.
Safe Operating Instructions
- Park on Solid, Level Ground: Always position the vehicle on firm, horizontal concrete or asphalt. Engage the parking brake and chock the opposite wheels.
- Align with Jacking Points: Consult the vehicle handbook to locate reinforced factory lifting points. Place the serrated saddle cup directly beneath the designated chassis rail or axle mount.
- Close Release Valve: Use the notched end of the pump lever to turn the hydraulic release valve clockwise until firmly shut.
- Pump to Elevate: Insert the lever into the pump socket and cycle up and down until the tyre clears the ground and desired working height is reached.
- Always Deploy Axle Stands: Never rely solely on a hydraulic jack to support a vehicle while working beneath it. Lower the vehicle onto certified axle stands before performing any work.
- Smooth Descent: Once servicing is complete and axle stands are removed, slowly twist the release valve counter-clockwise to gently lower the car back to the ground.
