Application
Castrol Engine Shampoo is suitable for use in automotive gasoline engines as part of routine oil changes.
Conditions of Use
- Heat-up the engine before operation.
- Stop the engine and add 300ml of “Engine Shampoo” to the existing engine oil through the filler cap.
- Re-start and idle the engine for approximately 10 minutes.
- Stop the engine and drain the used engine oil.
- Change the oil filter and fill new engine oil.
Important Note:
- Do not add to gasoline.
- Do not drive with the used engine oil containing “Engine Shampoo”.
- Be careful not to get burned when the used oil is drained.
- Add 300ml of “Engine Shampoo” for the engine which has 3 – 6 liter oil capacity. (Please check the engine oil capacity in your owner’s manual)
- This product may freeze under extreme cold conditions.
- Do not use for Rotary and 2-cycle engines.
