Depending on the configuration of your engine, you might have anywhere from eight to forty engine valves. You have at least two per cylinder: one for intake and one for exhaust. The intake valves allow premixed fuel and air to enter the combustion chamber, where it’s ignited to supply power for your vehicle. The other ones, the exhaust valves, let the waste products and unspent fuel out of the cylinders so you can start the process again. This takes place thousands of times per minute, so these valves have to be made of sturdy materials. Engine valves are necessary for some of the most important functions in your engine. Replaces broken valves to restore engine function or reclaim lost performance and efficiency.
