The STHOR SDS-Plus masonry drill bit series is a comprehensive range of professional-grade masonry bits designed for high-frequency use in rotary hammer drills. Featuring the industry-standard SDS-Plus (Slotted Drive System), these bits are engineered to provide efficient impact energy transfer for drilling into hard mineral surfaces.

Key Features:

Tip Material: High-density Tungsten Carbide (YG8C). The carbide insert is specially shaped and vacuum-brazed to provide high resistance to the intense heat and mechanical shock characteristic of hammer drilling.
Body Material: High-strength Alloy Steel (40Cr). This ensures maximum durability and resistance to the high torsional forces generated during operation.
Shank Type: SDS-Plus (10 mm diameter). This shank features four grooves (two open, two closed) for a secure "push-and-click" connection, allowing the bit to move back and forth freely to maximize the impact of the hammer mechanism.
Point Geometry: Optimized Centering Tip for precise hole starts. The geometry is designed to prevent "skating" on smooth masonry surfaces.
Flute Design: Standard U-Shape Spiral. The deep, wide-set flutes are engineered to pull dust and pulverized debris out of the hole rapidly, maintaining a high drilling speed and preventing the bit from overheating or seizing.
