Overview

HydroSlick is a true ceramic coating that provides superior protection, brilliant shine, and optical clarity. This gel formula is applied with an applicator and buffed off like a wax, and lasts for up to a year.

Experience true ceramic protection with the easy application of a traditional wax. The Chemical Guys HydroSlick Ceramic Coating Kit utilizes advanced HyperWax gel technology to deliver intense ceramic shine, extreme hydrophobic water beading, and long-lasting paint defense - without the tedious process of conventional ceramic coatings.

Key Features:

HyperWax Gel Technology: Combines the simple, user-friendly application of a wax with the durable protection, clarity, and gloss of a true ceramic coating.
Extreme Hydrophobic Shield: Repels water, road grime, mud, and environmental contaminants immediately, making future maintenance washes effortless.
Intense Optical Clarity: Fills micro-imperfections to create a deep, glass-like reflection on clear coat paintwork.
All-In-One Application Set: Includes HydroSlick Ceramic Coating (16 oz), premium microfiber applicator pads, and plush microfiber towels for seamless application and buffing.
Multi-Surface Compatibility: Safe for painted surfaces, glass, headlights, chrome, and polished wheels.

How to Use for Best Results:

Prep: Wash and decontaminate the vehicle thoroughly (clay bar and polish recommended prior to application for maximum ceramic bonding).
Apply: Dispense a small line of HydroSlick onto a microfiber applicator pad. Work in thin, even layers across one panel at a time using cross-hatch (overlapping horizontal and vertical) passes.
Buff: Allow the gel to cure for 2-3 minutes until a fine haze forms, then gently buff off with a clean, dry microfiber towel to reveal a crystal-clear gloss.

Pro Tip: Keep the vehicle dry and away from rain or moisture for 2-3 hours after application to allow the SiO2 ceramic matrix to fully bond to the paint.
