Axtschlag Smoking Chips come in 14 individual varieties and can be used in all barbecues types including Charcoal, Gas and Electric.
After dousing the chips in water for approx. 30 minutes simply put a handful of chips into the glowing charcoal or into the smoker box when using a gas grill.
For (wood) charcoal barbecues
For use on a charcoal grill, simply add a handful of smoking chips into the embers. A handful of chips ensures smoking for approx. 10 minutes.
For Gas and Electric Grill barbecues
For gas barbecues and electric grills, a smoker box is required in which the smoking chips can be placed in.
