Your Statutory Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have a statutory right to cancel your online order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. This legal right applies equally to all products across our site, including Roof Bars, Bike Racks, and Roof Boxes.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by making an unequivocal statement (for example, by contacting our customer service team). Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation. Please note that while you have the right to examine the goods as you would in a physical shop, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The law does not require goods to be entirely unopened or unfitted to exercise your legal cancellation rights, but care must be taken prior to returning them.
Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy
Want to return something outside of the 14-day statutory window? No problem. For any items where you simply change your mind later, we happily offer an extended return period up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For returns processed under this voluntary 30-day policy (outside of your statutory cooling-off rights), the items must be completely unused, must not have been fitted, and must be in their original packaging.
