This recall is due to possibly faulty&nbsp;steering mechanisms and its hybrid system water pump.<\/p>\n<p>There are 1.5 Million cars being recalled in Japan along with 670,000 in the United States and almost 500,000 in Europe. These cars will have their steering intermediate extension shafts corrected which can become damaged at slow speeds.
