If Crash Test Dummies Had Feelings!?

Crash Test Dummies... no not that annoying band from Canada with their mmm mmm song! The human imitation which is generally composed of aluminium or steel and a range of plastics that are tasked with testing the safety our vehicles in the event of a crash. Well these crash test dummies were the inspiration for the video below!

This is a short animation made by Vancouver Film School Student Malek Rizkallah as his final project in 3D Animation and Visual Effects. Malek aptly named his piece "Crush", where he has animated a pair of crash test dummies in a VW Scirocco that spark to life moments before impact.
