Good quality product, quick efficient delivery. Only slight issue to date is the way the rubber straps are fixed to the holders, when not in use they seem to come off easily.

I confirm this rack is solidly made and easy to fit, although you need strong hands to twist the bike grips around to the right position (this should only need doing once). I had to wear work gloves. I bought this rack to fit on the back of a MkII Honda CR-V with a spare wheel on the back door, but which I didnt want to hang bikes off. Because I have a long removeable Honda swan-neck towbar, the rack fits upright just behind the spare wheel. Although the right-hand restraint strap has to pass over the top of the spare wheel before hooking to the door, it all works fine. Ordering and delivery very quick and efficient. As its new, I cant really comment on the reliability.

Hi sorry I didnt get back sooner,everything in the box was ok quite easy to fit seemed simpler than the video bike fitted great but found it hard to turn the holders on the arms, havent carried the bike on it yet

Great service and product.. BUT - the crimp holding the wire which keeps the securing pin attached was inadequate and had to be re-done.. a hammer and chisel and perhaps a bit of solder... not sure everyone will have access to this??? Also, one set of black cross bar holders were rigid - had to free them with some oil... BUt its exactly what was/is needed and very robust.

I couldnt believe how easy the bike carrier was to fit! it was straight forward,it is light but strong and no fiddling about.My arms are not good in lifting so this carrier allows me to pop the bikes on and go in less than 10 minutes,brilliant!! it is easy to fold back up and store when not in use,keep the box as no store bag is supplied (shame) BUT am really satisfied and would recommend it!!

I am very happy with this product. It is quick & easy to use, sturdy & good value for money. It also stores in the boot without taking up too much room.
