The car registration lookup is a very useful tool to help you get at your parts quickly and easily, however it is limited to the accuracy of the data provided by the Vehicle Registrations Office.
As a result we cannot guarantee that any part found using this service will be 100% correct, you must always verify that the attributes of the ordered parts are indeed correct for your vehicle.

Price of Goods
(a) The price listed on the Website (the "Price") for MicksGarage products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong. (b) The prices quoted are recommended prices, Prices are correct at the time of going to press.

Delivery
Delivery is currently free for all orders over £20 / €20 to the UK & Ireland.
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within 2 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
Please note that Bonnets, Wings and Bumpers are very fragile due to their large thin profile and therefore are prone to transit damage. We therefore use specialist couriers to ship these parts however we only ship these parts to limited commercial locations (most urban commercial / garage locations are suitable). If you wish to be assured of delivery please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm it.

Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.

Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.

Contract
No contract will subsist between you and MicksGarage or any partner store of MicksGarage for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until MicksGarage or the MicksGarage partner store accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time MicksGarage sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

Modification of terms
Most of our parts are aftermarket parts from independent parts manufacturers around the world. As well as aftermarket parts, we also offer original equipment parts in our car lamps ranges. Our aftermarket parts are of matching quality to the original parts. All of our parts are aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

Laws
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Returns
We at MicksGarage view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if the goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resaleable.
In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item MicksGarage will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case MicksGarage will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of MicksGarage we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.
Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days.
Before returning anything to us you must get a returns authorisation number from us, please log into your account and request a authorisation number, please note that anything returned without this number will not be refunded.
Please note the following items will not be accepted for return:
- Opened blister packs
- Correctly supplied window regulators
- Any correctly supplied electronic components including any sensors, EGR Valves, airflow meters, ignition coils, fuel pumps etc
The items listed above cannot be returned for the following reason: Any misdiagnosis with your car can cause a new sensor or electronic component to burn out in seconds, however, we will make sure that the part ordered is the part supplied. This will also ensure that you will not get sent a previously returned part, you will only get a brand new working part.

Warranty
All warranty claims will be dealt with on a "like for like" replacement basis only and where the warranty is deemed to be genuine.
It is assumed that when you purchase any electronic component or sensor that the vehicle fault was properly diagnosed. Any electronic items that are deemed faulty must be accompanied by a diagnostic reading from the appropriate diagnostics equipment showing the original fault code in the vehicle (so please ensure you have a copy of this from your mechanic/fitter). We will not accept a warranty claim for electronic items where this procedure is not followed.
All warranty items must be returned for inspection on receipt of a valid Returns Authorisation Number.

Fitting
It is the responsibility of you, the user, to ensure that all parts are of correct application before painting or fitting.
All parts must always be installed by a person qualified to fit them, any attempt to fit parts where this is not the case will void the warranty, please also note that all dimensions supplied must be carefully noted by you, while we will always endeavour to help where we can, we cannot always guarantee that a specific part will fit a specific application
