Refunds & Returns
We at MicksGarage view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if the goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item, provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resalable.
Where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item MicksGarage will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case MicksGarage will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of MicksGarage we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.
Any incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge or a minimum of €10.
Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days, we will also not accept any opened blister packs.
The very first step when you decide to return anything to us is to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us. In order to do so please email email@example.com, with your order number for an authorisation number.
Please note that anything returned without this number will not be refunded.
The following items will not be accepted for return:
- Opened blister packs
- Correctly supplied window regulators
- Any correctly supplied electronic engine components including sensors, airflow meters, ignition coils
The items listed above cannot be returned for the following reason: Any misdiagnosis with your car can cause a new sensor or electronic component to blow in seconds. However, we will make sure that the correct part is supplied for your vehicle. This procedure also ensures that you will not get a previously returned part sent out to you; you will only ever get a brand new working part.
