Super quick delivery,ordered 8.30pm on Tuesday night and it arrived 8.30 am Thursday morning.Dont be expecting bmw build quality with this mirror as you will see the difference between the two,like the very outer edges of the glass could do with a bit more glue.I found the glass required a lot of pressure to clip into place compared to the original glass.I got the glass in place with the help of a bit of lubricant.When testing the heat in the glass I was very happy with how hot the glass got.So as a replacement part at less than a third of main dealer prices I am very happy with this glass.

Great kit. My somewhat precocious 7 yr old son is currently building it with light supervision (given it by engineer granddad). Hes learnt heaps and now seems to understand a lot about how engines work. Only thing hes really needed help with is getting the screws in all the way so I just check each step after hes done it.

Although ordering and delivery were good the product is very difficult to fit. The instructions are very sparse and you have to improvise which is not what you expect when purchasing goods. If I had realised what a problem it would be I would not have ordered.

I recently bought these car mats as part of a bundle package deal with wind deflectors. These mats are fantastic value for money compared to other car mats available on the market, the quality and feel of these mats is excellent also they fit exactly the way they should which is a real bonus as many mats I have purchsed from other retailers have either to be cut or even thrown away because of being inferior quality. Roof Racks & Bars

Only fitted these so far, not used in anger but the instructions were confusing, because there were two different sets. A friendly phone call to Micks got me sorted and the bars went on pretty well, however one stud stripped so Id use a good quality allen key not the one provided. Check the screw holes ARE the right ones, I was told 9 but 10 fitted more snuggly, easily sorted tho. Really easy to dismount and not TOO noisy while driving. Removing the rubber to insert bike rack was easy, getting it back in not so! Vaseline is the answer, seriously.

Roof Racks & Bars

The kit came with what seemed like hundreds of bits and the instructions were practically useless this is a universal fitting roof bars, but trial and error and a thought process prevailed. Not the easiest of fittings took a couple of hours but thats because I had to keep changing parts for it to be able to fit my car. On a brighter note Micks garage sent the item in record time, it arrived with packaging damage which coursed an end cap to fall out, but a quick call to them, a new end cap arrived promptly. Great service all round and I will certainly buy from this company again. Peter
